Zen & the Art of Rinky Dink
Conventional wisdom insists that a blog must serve a tight niche. To that end, I focus on inspiration in the creation of a daily comic strip.
But since my muse is wild and eclectic, don’t be surprised to encounter thoughts on philosophy, science, and the cool places I stumble upon in my travels.
If you can hang with that lack of focus, I think a central theme will emerge: Zen can be revealed in every awakened moment.

I’m a cartoonist living in the United States. It may sound trite, but Rinky Dink truly is the fulfillment of a childhood dream.
As a kid, I loved Peanuts and idolized Charles Schulz. Other formative comic influences included Pogo, B.C., and Krazy Kat. In some odd way, these probably all are reflected in my own work.
